Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange

WeftKart offers a 7-day return and exchange policy on eligible products from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, alteration, or tampering may not qualify for return or exchange.
  • Return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by WeftKart.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (if applicable).
  • Products damaged after successful delivery.

Live Product Verification

For selected products, WeftKart may provide a live video verification service before dispatch.

  • Customers can inspect and verify the product during a live video call.
  • Orders may be dispatched only after customer confirmation.
  • Once a product is verified and approved by the customer during the live verification process, return and refund requests may be subject to additional review and verification.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved refund method.
  • Customers must provide accurate bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
  • Refunds cannot be processed until the required details are received and verified.

Exchange Process

  • Eligible products may be exchanged for the same product, a different size, or a replacement subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.
  • WeftKart reserves the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide the required unboxing video and supporting evidence.
  • Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for any return, exchange, refund, damaged product claim, wrong product claim, missing item claim, or incomplete order claim, customers must record a clear and continuous 360° unboxing video.

Requirements:

  • The video must begin before opening the sealed package.
  • The courier label and package condition must be clearly visible.
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
  • The product and all package contents must be clearly shown in the video.
  • The video must be of sufficient quality for verification purposes.

Important:

  • No return, exchange, refund, damaged item claim, wrong item claim, or missing item claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
  • Photos, screenshots, or edited videos may not be considered sufficient proof.
  • WeftKart reserves the right to reject claims where adequate evidence is not provided.

Return Shipping

  • For approved cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, return shipping costs may be covered by WeftKart.
  • For other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • After shipment, the standard return and exchange policy will apply where eligible.

Policy Updates

WeftKart reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.
