- Policy sabhi products par lagu hoti hai.
- Return / Replacement sirf 7 din ke andar.
- Product unused & original condition me hona chahiye.
- Original box, tags & accessories required.
- Order cancel sirf shipping se pehle possible.
2. Return / Replacement Eligibility
- Wrong item / size / color delivered.
- Transit damage.
- Dead / non-working product.
- Major manufacturing defect.

- Proper unboxing video mandatory.
- Video + images ke saath Contact Page par message karein.
- 24–48 hrs me verification response.
5. Refund Process
- Inspection ke baad refund initiate hota hai.
- Refund time: 3–7 working days.
- COD orders me bank/UPI details lag sakti hain.
- Shipping charges refundable nahi hote.
6. Return Pickup
- Selected pin codes par reverse pickup available.
- Pickup na ho to self-ship karna hota hai.
