Responsible Ordering
Customers are requested to place orders only when they have a genuine intention to purchase the product.
Before dispatch, WeftKart may conduct product verification and order confirmation through a vendor or verification team. Customers should carefully review the product details before confirming the order.
False or Accidental Orders
We frequently encounter situations where customers place orders and later claim:
- “I did not place this order.”
- “My child placed the order by mistake.”
- “The order was placed accidentally.”
- “I was only checking the product.”
- “I was not serious about purchasing.”
To avoid unnecessary operational costs and delays, customers are expected to verify their intent before placing an order.
Order Confirmation Responsibility
During the Live Video Verification process, customers are given the opportunity to:
- View the actual product.
- Verify stock availability.
- Ask product-related questions.
- Confirm or decline the order.
Once the customer confirms the order during verification, WeftKart considers the order genuine and ready for dispatch.
Open Box Delivery Requests
- WeftKart currently does not offer Open Box Delivery services unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Customers should not confirm an order and later request Open Box Delivery as a condition for accepting the shipment.
- Product verification is already provided through our Live Video Verification process before dispatch.
Excessive Order Cancellations
To maintain a fair shopping environment, WeftKart monitors repeated order cancellations and non-serious ordering behavior.
Examples include:
- Frequently placing orders and cancelling them without valid reasons.
- Confirming orders and later refusing delivery.
- Creating repeated Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments.
- Repeatedly wasting vendor and support team resources.
- Misusing the Live Video Verification process without genuine purchase intent.
Account Restrictions
WeftKart reserves the right to:
- Restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) access.
- Limit future order placements.
- Refuse service to specific customers.
- Cancel pending orders without prior notice.
- Block accounts involved in repeated order abuse, excessive cancellations, fraudulent activities, or repeated RTO behavior.
Shipping Eligibility
WeftKart may decline to process future orders from customers who demonstrate a history of:
- Excessive cancellations.
- Delivery refusals.
- False confirmations.
- Repeated RTO cases.
- Abuse of customer support or verification services.
In such cases, future orders may not be processed, verified, or shipped.
Fair Use Policy
Our vendors, support team, and logistics partners invest significant time and resources into:
- Product verification
- Live video demonstrations
- Order confirmation
- Packing and dispatch
- Customer support
To ensure quality service for genuine buyers, WeftKart reserves the right to prioritize customers who consistently place and complete orders responsibly.
