Cancellation Policy

At WeftKart, we understand that customers may change their minds before confirming an order. Our cancellation process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Before Order Confirmation

  • Most WeftKart orders are verified through a vendor or verification team before dispatch.
  • Customers may cancel their order at any time before giving final confirmation during the verification process.
  • If the customer chooses not to proceed after product verification, the order will be cancelled and no shipment will be made.

During Live Video Verification

  • Customers have the right to inspect the product during the live video verification process.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, stock availability, or any other detail shown during verification, the order may be cancelled without any penalty.
  • Cancellation requests made during the verification stage will be processed immediately.

After Customer Confirmation

  • Once the customer confirms the order during the verification process, the order is prepared for dispatch.
  • Confirmed orders are generally shipped within the next business day.
  • Cancellation requests received after final confirmation may not be accepted if the order has already entered the shipping process.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Customers may refer to the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for eligible return or exchange requests after delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • WeftKart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products.
  • Customers are requested to place orders only when genuinely interested in purchasing the product.
  • Repeated order placements followed by unnecessary cancellations may result in limitations on future COD orders.

Vendor Communication

  • Customers should not make any direct payment to vendors for cancellation, booking, stock reservation, or verification purposes.
  • WeftKart does not require advance payment for eligible COD orders.
  • Any request for direct payment by a vendor should be reported immediately.

Order Cancellation by WeftKart

WeftKart reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Stock shortages
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Operational or logistical limitations

Important Notice

To avoid unnecessary cancellations and delays, customers are encouraged to:

  • Place orders only when genuinely interested in purchasing.
  • Attend the verification call when contacted by the vendor.
  • Confirm or decline the order during the verification process.
  • Ensure accurate contact and delivery information is provided.
