At WeftKart, customer trust and transparency are our top priorities. To help customers shop with confidence, we provide a Live Video Verification process for eligible orders before dispatch.
How Live Video Verification Works
- After an order is placed on the WeftKart website, the assigned vendor or verification team may contact the customer.
- During the live video call, the actual product is shown to the customer.
- Customers may request a detailed product demonstration, including viewing the product from different angles during the live session.
- The purpose of the video call is to help customers verify the product before shipment.
Order Confirmation
- If the customer is satisfied with the product shown during the live video verification, the order will be confirmed for dispatch.
- Confirmed orders are generally shipped on the next business day.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed with the order during the verification process, the order may be cancelled and will not be shipped.
No Advance Payment Requirement
- WeftKart does not require customers to make any advance payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders solely for the purpose of Live Video Verification.
- If any vendor, representative, or third party requests direct advance payment outside the official WeftKart checkout process, customers should refuse such requests and immediately report the matter to WeftKart.
- WeftKart is not responsible for payments made directly to vendors, representatives, or third parties outside the official website payment system.
Official Ordering Process
- Customers should place orders only through the official WeftKart website.
- Orders placed directly with a vendor, through personal messages, phone calls, social media conversations, or any unofficial channel are not considered official WeftKart orders.
- WeftKart may not provide support, protection, dispute resolution, refund assistance, return assistance, or order guarantees for purchases made outside the official website.
Customer Protection
- We strongly recommend that customers complete all purchases exclusively through the official WeftKart website.
- Official website orders are eligible for applicable customer support, order tracking, policy protections, and verification services.
- Customers should never share sensitive payment information directly with vendors.
Limitation of Verification
- Live Video Verification is intended to provide visual confirmation of the product before dispatch.
- Minor variations in color, appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur due to lighting conditions, camera quality, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
Policy Updates
WeftKart reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Live Video Verification service or this policy at any time without prior notice.
