Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both customers and WeftKart from fraudulent claims:

• A clear, uninterrupted 360° unboxing video is required for any damaged item, missing item, incorrect product, refund, return, or exchange claim.
• The video must begin before opening the package and continue without cuts or edits until the product is fully inspected.
• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
• Photos alone may not be considered sufficient evidence.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
