Weftkart Commission Policy
Welcome to Weftkart! As part of our community, we aim to ensure smooth business operations and mutual growth. Please review the following commission policy carefully. By registering as a vendor, you agree to adhere to these terms.
1. Commission Structure
- Standard Commission: A commission of 10% will be levied on each order upon successful delivery. This commission is calculated based on the total sale price of the product.
- Cancelled and RTO Orders: No commission will be applicable for orders that are cancelled or returned to origin (RTO). This means if a customer cancels an order or the delivery fails and the product is returned, you will not be charged a commission for those orders.
2. Payment Handling
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, you are responsible for delivering the product to the customer and collecting the payment. Weftkart will deduct the applicable commission from the total amount collected and transfer the remaining balance to your account.
- Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, the amount received will be processed as follows:
- A 10% commission will be deducted from the total amount.
- For prepaid orders exceeding ₹5000, an amount of ₹5000 will be withheld. The remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account after the order has been delivered.
3. Additional Charges
- Cancellation Charges: Orders cancelled by the vendor or delayed beyond 5 days will incur a 2% cancellation fee on the order value.
4. Payment Schedule
- Payments will be processed on a regular basis, typically within 7 to 10 days after the successful delivery of orders. For prepaid orders, payments will be adjusted according to the commission and withholding policy.
